Phoenix police say that a foster father sexually abused seven of the 15 children in his care over six years and that his wife did nothing to stop it.

I cannot believe that a foster father can do what he did, and it is disgusting and sick; and I still cannot believe that the foster mother did not report it to the authorities and in my opinion, she should have divorced him after knowing what he did to those poor innocent children. Just imagine what those children are suffering, it is depressing to know that even the foster care system does not work carefully with cases like this. Children in foster care are sometimes taken away from the families they were original because of child abuse and having to be put back in this horrible or even worse situation is a terrible thing to live with for the rest of the children's lives. Maybe Arizona should make the foster parents take a psychological test to see if they are sane of their minds and they should always be constantly checking on the foster parents and the home they live in with all the foster children.
